Fees: Fees are competitive with no payment required until a candidate is hired.
Guarantee: If an executive placement resigns or is dismissed for cause within one year of appointment, another recruitment will be provided at no charge other than incurred expenses.
Jim Weston leads the MCSS, Ltd. Public Sector Recruitment Services Division. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Nevada, Reno, and is a graduate of the Senior Management Institute for Police at Harvard University. Prior to coming to MCSS, Ltd., he worked 32 years with the City of Reno including 31/2 years as Chief of Police. His background includes serving as the Chairman of the Nevada Sentencing Commission, research and writing for the Police Executive Research Forum in Washington DC, consulting on public safety issues nationwide, as well as serving on the boards of many local not-for-profit organizations.
