On the temporary and temp-to-hire side of the business, we specialize in placing highly qualified employees in clerical, technical, legal, medical, financial and light industrial (warehouse and assembly) positions. We take a specific job order from you so that we can provide candidates that "fit the bill". We do not "recycle" temporary candidates. That is to say that if a candidate's performance is not satisfactory ONCE, we will not use that candidate again. We would rather indicate to you that we have no one appropriate to fill the position than to fill the position with an inadequate performer. We also use QWIZ programs to properly test candidates. Finally, of course, we check references to ensure that we are providing you with the most qualified candidates.

On the regular placement side of the business, MCSS LTD. has literally placed everything from a janitor to an astronaut. We do not specialize in any one profession.
