In the direct hire process, you tell us specifically what you want and we go out and recruit that ideal candidate for you. We have a variety of ways to find qualified candidates, including recruiting, sourcing and networking. After identifying numerous candidates, we will narrow the list to the best 3-6 candidates and submit those candidates to you for review. This process saves you money in advertising and time in reading a sea of resumes. It also saves you frustration in interviewing dozens of unqualified candidates.

Our fees are contingency based, meaning that you pay nothing until you hire a candidate that we have referred to you. We also provide you with a 90-day pro-rated guarantee. If the new employee leaves on his own volition or is terminated for any reason, we will either replace the employee with someone of your choosing or we will refund a pro-rata percentage of the fee relative to the numbers of days worked.

Of course, we completely screen and reference check all candidates before placing. We are continually interviewing highly qualified candidates of different professions.
