MCSS provides tenant screening services for individual property owners as well as real estate corporations.  Specialized screening products include eviction history searches, tenant credit reports, criminal record searches, and employment verification. 

Completing a tenant background check before completing a lease or rental agreement will help insure your tenants are financially reliable and not a criminal or civil risk to neighbors or other tenants.

Each rental/lease applicant must sign a release of information waiver before you can order a background check.  MCSS provides clients with a standard version of the tenant release for which you can customize to your business.
