To become a client of MCSS, Ltd. Background Investigation Services, please download and return the completed "Subscriber Agreement" form by fax (775-827-0999), or e-mail. If you plan on ordering employment credit checks it will also be necessary for MCSS, Ltd. to conduct an on-site inspection of your business to comply with FCRA regulations. Once approved, you will be sent a client login and user password to access the MCSS, Ltd. web site and may begin ordering background checks.
