Former Reno Police Chief Jim Weston manages MCSS Background Investigation Services. Weston has a MPA degree in Public Admnistration and BA Degree in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno. He served for 32 years with the Reno Police Department including over three years as chief of police.
Jim Colbert, Senior Investigator/Polygrapher
Jim Colbert retired from the Reno Police Department having served 30 years. He worked 12 years as polygraph examiner and robbery-homicide investigator. Colbert is considered an expert witness in the local court system and is a graduate of the Backster School of Lie Detection. (Vitae)
Antonio Mena, Account Manager
Antonio Mena has been in the staffing industry for five years. He began his career working in light industrial staffing and now works with companies in all industries. He currently specializes in pre-employment screening account management. He is also attending college in pursuit of his B.A. in Business Management.

Dave Ponte, Senior Investigator
Dave Ponte retired from the Reno Police Department in January, 2011, having served 28 years. His assignments included criminal investigations, training, academy, and background investigations. Ponte possesses an AA degree in Criminal Jutice, is a national trainer for the Hoover Group, and is security representative for the National Basketball Association (NBA).
